Plymouth Harbor was awarded the American Institute of Architects’ “Test of Time” Award in 1991. The Jury commented: "The emphasis here on a simple concrete  pallet and good scale and proportion is what impressed us most. This building looks like it belongs to the site as much day as it did in 1966\, perhaps more.
