The Cooney House is a famous Sarasota School of Architecture home designed by Seibert Architects in 1966 and winner of the 2001 “Test of Time” award from the Florida chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Its simple, elegant and modern design was featured in "Sarasota's 10 Most Beautiful Homes" in Sarasota Magazine.

The tour will feature a talk by special guest Sam Holladay, AIA, principal of Seibert Architects, PA. The firm, founded in 1955 by distinguished Sarasota School of Architecture alum Tim Seibert, FAIA, is the oldest continuing architectural practice in Sarasota.

Complimentary refreshments will be served.
